Show de bola, Caike! Até me inspirou a ler mais sobre refactoring (e quem sabe, no futuro, fazer uma palestra sobre o tema!).
O vcasmo é realmente uma ferramenta muito legal. Acho que permite aos que estão assistindo aos vídeos pela internet terem a sensação mais próxima da de se estar na plateia.
Legal ver que você tá fazendo um trabalho bem concreto e constante por aí. Parabéns!

Ler sobre Refactoring vai te ajudar não só a entender mais sobre o tema, mas como também sobre a linguagem em questão (seja ela Python, Ruby ou whatever) e seu paradigma (normalmente orientado a objetos).
